323-Room Lexington Hotel Jacksonville, Florida Renovation is being managed by Gary Rito of Brown Nester Hospitality Services
Gary Rito, President of Brown Nester Florida, LLC is managing the renovations of the Lexington Hotel & Conference Center Jacksonville Riverwalk. The 143 newly renovated rooms (6 bridge rooms and 3 suites) should be completed in March, allowing the owners, LexDevCoJax LLC (set up by Vantage Hospitality Services), who bought the 35-year old hotel in June, to start tearing out the remaining 180-rooms for reconstruction.
